Hi, I'm Deb Vogel. I'm so glad you are here. I have been a spiritual guide for over 30 years. This Inner Work is for everyone. Whether you are just beginning your Inner Journey, or you are ready to continue on, I will meet you where YOU are right now.
The journey begins with an AWAKENING. This simply means becoming more AWARE. You may SEE things that you never noticed before, with your self, your life, relationships, family, job, etc. You may begin to question where you are, why you are there, what you want, and how to create change. This AWAKENING may also bring to LIGHT the desire to understand Purpose, God, faith, connection, and YOUR INNER TRUTH.
This beginning point can be a very vulnerable time. It may bring things to the surface that have been hiding deep within. This is a good time to seek SPIRITUAL support. This is a journey of the soul and must be supported as such.
For those wanting to continue on towards Consciousness, ( a higher level of AWARENESS also known as God Consciousness) You will begin to understand the difference between your rational voice (s) and the voice of God within you. Knowing the difference is imperative for healing, spiritual progression, change, and RECEIVING GUIDANCE.
If you want to continue on towards SELF REALIZATION ( knowing in body, mind, spirit, and soul that you are ONE with God) this work will prepare you for the journey.
Spiritual Guidance Sessions
Whether you have done some counseling or inner work in the past, or you are just beginning your healing journey. This work will meet you where you are right now.
These sessions are YOUR time to receive. This is YOUR sacred space to receive the unconditional love, support, and guidance you need on your journey HOME, or in other words back to who you truly are.
Doing your inner work will change your life, and can very often save your life. Don't put it off, YOU MATTER!!!!
The Work
During each session, you will receive the GUIDANCE to support you in knowing who you are from two very different energies (or realities). One is old, and the other is new, or present.
Your old energy (self) is the part of you that holds your life lessons. This is your patterned or karmic energy.
Your new and present Self is the part of you that is connected to God. This is the part of YOU that can ask for and RECEIVE guidance, expand in consciousness, heal in the grace of God, and live a life filled with love and purpose. (The present list goes on and on)......
Knowing the difference will give you a CHOICE. Where do you want to live, in the darkness or light? In old energy or new and present energy? In fear or faith?

MY JOURNEY
This work came from my own need for support after my spiritual awakening. The support and the guidance that I received eventually turned into this body of work. I have been supporting others in doing their inner work for over 30 years..
